Type (1|1): Classical Surfaces with a Horizontal Handle

Some of these surfaces can be interpreted by adding a horizontal handle to the ones of type (1|). Most of them were probably known to Karcher and Schoen.

Others are again classical surfaces due to an additional symmetry.
