Torus with Catenoid and Enneper ends
While there is no catenoid with a handle, one can have a torus where one catenoid end has been replaced by an Enneper end. The surface isn't embedded, of course. With the two vertical planes as symmetry planes, this surface comes in a 1-parameter family.
