The half-twisted Scherk surface

One can twist one pair of ends of the singly periodic Scherk surface into a pair of helicoidal ends. The surface is not embedded, but the only slef intersections are horizontal lines.

The conjugate surface is also singly periodic. It has two parallel annular ends asymptotic to (quotients of) half planes, and catenoidal ends.
