One end of type (2,3,n)

One of the bigger surprises was the discovery of complete, properly embedded ends of finite total curvature of arbitrarily hight degree besides the graphical ends of type (2,2,n). They are similarly wavy as the (2,2,n) ends, but are twisted by 180 degrees about the center.
